One of the Fear Lords from the Doctor Strange comicbook, the Dweller was just a good excuse to use up one of the many M2 bodies I had lying about. I think there's a Daredevil head under all that milliput. Added a nose and ears from my spare-parts collection! And then got out the blue paint! Boots were handmade.
Recently added some new paint applications to help with the shadows and highlights.
