My mk2 Nighthawk; moved him down from an M2 to a more suitable M1 body. Same body suit and head (and that was 'fun' swapping the head over without damaging the sculpting too much!). Added a new cape, using florist's wire down the sides to help give it a more dramatic look and aid in posing. Cykes gloves and (craft-foam cuffed) boots were going to be replaced with lycra or PVC versions... but they seem to suit Kyle pretty well so I'm in no rush to sew new ones.
