Fairly straightforward custom... if you can find a Tony Stark head, though now I look around and envy all those Dr Strange customs that have used the Peter Parker noggin; if Toybiz don't do a Doc soon I might swap heads.

The cape's edge now contains florist's wire which allows for a bit of added poseablity. The Eye of Agamotto is a button while his collar is a piece of good ol' craft foam.
